"Amazing hotel with stunning views of Lake Ashi. All-inclusive resort style, with Breakfast and dinner buffet included. Onsen with indoor and open air pools, all necessary toiletries provided, toothbrush/toothpaste, razors, q tips, combs, amazing skin care products! The Hakone Ropeway is just a 3-5 minute walk. It was a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!"

"Great amenities, spacious villa with a private onsen bath. If I had one criticism, the main bathroom had a musty, wet rag odor indicating possible mold/mildew growth. Suggest management use bleach solution or a power jet washer to thoroughly clean the bathroom areas. Other than that, family had a good stay and u recommend this property. "

"Service was great, room was clean with the private bath. Food was great if your into traditional kaiseki like meals. Location is great, about 2 minutes away from the bus stop and there’s a 24hr convenience store right at the bus stop."

The hotel is conveniently located near the the Hakone Ropeway - Togendai Station as well as the Hakone Shrine. Guests can take the ropeway to Owakudani to experience the famous view of Mt. Fuji, hot spring boiled black eggs and souvenir shops, or go further into nearby town Gora where there are many shops and museums. It is also located near Hakone-en, where there is snow sledding and an aquarium for family fun. There is also another ropeway heading up the mountain to a shrine and panoramic view. "Beautiful Mountain View, My cousin tried the Onsen and he loved it, restaurants are near by however most restaurants here close around 5 or 6 pm, hotel staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs and even calling us a taxi to the train station"

"This small hotel is cozy. The onsen is beautiful & very enjoyable because it’s private. You have the option of eating at two nearby restaurants with free transportation (included in your meal) . But everything is really far away and either requires 30 min of walking or a minimum of one hour on bus. "
