"The hotel is beautiful nestled up in the mountains. The grounds are beautiful but unfortunately we did not get to explore much due to the rain. The staff were helpful especially after we left behind one of our luggages and they were able send it to our next destination. It’s quiet and a wonderful place to relax. The onsen and warm pool were clean and well maintained. I cannot comment on the restaurant for dinner as we never tried it. Overall a wonderful stay. "

"It's not really within walking distance to anything, and with everything closing at 6pm there wasnt much to do in the area; the overall experience was alright, but it felt more like a "ryokan themed" inn that was tailored for foreigners so we didnt get that authentic ryokan experience; it was a decent stay nonetheless, the private onsen was good."

"The town is lovely and the hotel is the perfect place to stay for an overnight trip, or even the weekend! Staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly, they offer free toiletries, even pyjamas to borrow if you forgot yours.
