"Property is showing its age a bit but was obviously a luxury hotel at one point. Everything is very clean and the staff are excellent. We took advantage of the available breakfast every day and it was very good. Here again the staff were great and even offered to package breakfast for my son who could not get to the restaurant on morning. Location is great if you have a car (we did). "

"Love that parking is available for free. Minutes to drive to Gotemba Premium Outlet. Lots of Kodak Moments with Mt Fuji views just outside the hotel. Only set back is the white fluorescent light in the room. Could do with some softer, warmer lighting. "
