"I would give this facility 5 stars except I called when the airline changed our flights due to weather and was told one thing and then was told something different when we checked in. We were in a two bedroom suite and cleaning staff only made two of the beds but never made the bed in the second room. We had to ask for clean sheets on day 5 and were handed the sheets and had to change them ourselves rather than housekeeping changing them.
