Esta en remodelación, sucio, la habitación olía a animal muerto, no tienen personal, l limpieza es malísima y no te atienden, pedí aspiradora 3 veces y nunca llegaron, esta la persona de recepción y no hay más personal que te ayude con maletas ni ningún otro requerikiento. Solo funcionaba 1 elevador h estaba en área de remodelación, viejo y el área sucia, daba incluso un poco de miedo

The service at the front desk was poor. There was supposed to be transportation to Epcot. The van did not show up. The front desk person did not offer to help. The breakfast was not adequate..... poor insulation in the room.could hear the traffic noise.

Our GPS said "We arrived at our destination". But it took 30 minutes to find hotel (by accident). It was dark and all signs were OFF. Hidden fee of $27 for parking, Not disclosed on Expedia's Total cost page. Parking QR code system didn't work even with staff's help. But the app/hotel threatened an $80 DMV fine if not paid. We think we eventually were able to pay through the app but cannot get a receipt to prove it. The breakfest buffet was terrible. we arrived an hour before it closed. Juices and coffee were empty and not refilled. Fruit flavored yogurt wasn't refilled. Eggs were cold. We've had way better breakfasts at hotels that cost half as much. Bathtub leaked continuasly. Could not shut off. Had to place a towel under faucet so we could sleep Room was clean. Morning desk was very helpful, Concierge was good. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was under construction but we had a VERY nice stay. The air conditioner was a little bit to loud. But overall it was Good.

Everything that we wanted to use was broken .. Whirlpool !! Hot water was not working .. Location said they had a bar .. it was locked up and closed . unsafe entry way to our hallway.. ANYONE can walk in ! Lock on door broken and renovations were going on early morning with the sound of Hammers … this HOTEL should have been closed ! Workers with long wood parts would be right outside my door. Ran into nails on the ground by pool area too.. so many stains on furniture! No Coffee pot in room.. outlets had scotch tape on in .. I will be fighting for a full refund on this stay !!!

We have always stayed at various Marriott’s. However, this one was quite average. After couple of days they asked us to move to a different room for renovation. Though the new room was renovated there were multiple issues. None of the plug points worked next to the bed. There was no mirror in the room. The locks on the bathroom didn’t work. The breakfast menu was the same on all 7 days. Wish there was some variation.

La peor experiencia. El hotel estaba en construcción, los pasillos y habitaciones con olor a humedad, la habitación tenía basura debajo de las camas, bañera tapada, se escuchaba el ruido de los trabajos de construcción, el teléfono para llamar a front desk no funcionaba, éramos 8 y la habitación solo tenía 4 toallas, cuando llamamos no tenían personal para llevarnos las toallas. Nos quedábamos 3 noches, solo lo hicimos 1 noche y cancelamos al otro dia, quedaron en darme crédito por las demás noches, pero al momento Expedia no había recibido nada. Salimos todos enfermos por el olor.
