Everything that we wanted to use was broken .. Whirlpool !! Hot water was not working .. Location said they had a bar .. it was locked up and closed . unsafe entry way to our hallway.. ANYONE can walk in ! Lock on door broken and renovations were going on early morning with the sound of Hammers … this HOTEL should have been closed ! Workers with long wood parts would be right outside my door. Ran into nails on the ground by pool area too.. so many stains on furniture! No Coffee pot in room.. outlets had scotch tape on in .. I will be fighting for a full refund on this stay !!!

We have always stayed at various Marriott’s. However, this one was quite average. After couple of days they asked us to move to a different room for renovation. Though the new room was renovated there were multiple issues. None of the plug points worked next to the bed. There was no mirror in the room. The locks on the bathroom didn’t work. The breakfast menu was the same on all 7 days. Wish there was some variation.

La peor experiencia. El hotel estaba en construcción, los pasillos y habitaciones con olor a humedad, la habitación tenía basura debajo de las camas, bañera tapada, se escuchaba el ruido de los trabajos de construcción, el teléfono para llamar a front desk no funcionaba, éramos 8 y la habitación solo tenía 4 toallas, cuando llamamos no tenían personal para llevarnos las toallas. Nos quedábamos 3 noches, solo lo hicimos 1 noche y cancelamos al otro dia, quedaron en darme crédito por las demás noches, pero al momento Expedia no había recibido nada. Salimos todos enfermos por el olor.

I have been staying at Residence Inns for over 10 years at different lodgings in the Orlando area. In the past, the breakfast buffet was spectacular, there was a variety to choose from and I could start a morning with the assurance that the lodging would offer excellent quality. Unfortunately, that has taken a backseat, now the breakfast is extremely limited, poor and routine. A tremendous shame and disappointment. I would like to find myself with a better offer than they used to offer. Although this will not discourage me from staying at a Residence again, however, I plan to look at other alternatives that meet my expectations.
