"Staff excellent at check in and in the bar and restaurant. Room very nice stayed in an executive room but no heating in the bathroom and it was very cold! Restaurant has an excellent looking menu but the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired! Ordered fish pie, stated on the menu, salmon, smoked haddock and prawns in a whole grain mustard sauce with spring onion mash topping. Not a single piece of salmon, smoked haddock or prawns in sight! Was very poor quality white fish with skin on...
