Excellent overall. Perfect room for price. Great location. Staff excellent. Only issue was shower had really poor water pressure and every 30 seconds or so the water would get really hot for a couple seconds. Otherwise stay was as good as it gets.

Staff were friendly, was a really easy place to find. The room was clean and inviting. Only thing i noticed was we had a cup of tea when we got there but theres was barely enough for us to both have a cup. Only 2 milk only 2 sugars, a bit petty but did annoying. So that was the only thing i found a bit disappointing about the property but everything else was great.

Really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and bed comfortable. We ate in the hotel and food was delicious and well priced.

The staff were all lovely. The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars throughout was the food supply at breakfast. the food itself was nice but when something hot ran out there was a 15 minute wait for it to be replenished. A little more planning in the kitchen is required.

Beautiful hotel just steps a day from the Glasgow Central rail station. Perfect for a short-term stay, and very walkable to food and nightlife locations. Also very convenient to local transportation, both local bus and train. Rooms were also clean and well kept, as was the lobby and dining area down stairs.

I liked the design elements that elevated the hotel above the usual IBIS. The place has real personality with the quirky menu in Glaswegian slang which provoked me to try haggis pizza! The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet which is an essential for me. The best thing however was the staff. This is a great team. After a day of disrupted travel, to arrive and be greeted by the wonderful Danielle who gave me a Tunnocks Caramel Log was a blessed relief.

I was surprised that the bathroom was fitted really for disabled folk. There was an annoying bright green light in the room entrance on all night and I was cold. I had to ask twice for an extra duvet. Having no natural light in the room was oppressive.
