"We've stayed at this hotel several times before and are very happy to recommend it to others. It is a consistently high standard all round. The only issue I would raise following this visit is in connection with the free drink(s) offered as part of the stay. In the past, I have made use of this by getting a white wine or prosecco for my wife and a dark rum for myself and never had any problems with this. On this occasion, however, (and after the drinks had been poured) I was informed that...
