The route into the property coming from the nearest Metro station is via some concrete stairs through an underground carpark. At night this could be intimidating as we encountered several individuals/groups in the area. I stress nothing happened but it didnt make a good impression.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No hairdryer. Very basic and states on their website there’s a gym but there isn’t. Came in from a long night and asked reception if it would be ok to make a cup of tea. Tried to charge us £2 for a tiny cup. Staff not very friendly and will not be returning. Claims to be a Budget hotel but the price is not that cheap and they do not have even the most basic of facilities within the rooms.

This is more like a halfway house. We stayed for about 10 minutes, we left mostly because of the guests and what sort of people they were. Just don’t stay here.

The place was extremely dirty. Smell was horrible, it smelled of cigarettes….. I didn’t feel safe, there were needles by the bin, and several cards were in front of the doors on my floors, as for prostitution would be taking place. I felt extremely unsafe in my experience and didn’t got any rest at all. Very uneasy experience and I will never be coming back.

Finding this from the bus stop wasn’t too terrible since there is a big sign but it felt really strange having to walk to the garage to then find the actual entrance. Walking at night as a woman through places like that can feel a bit unsettling but once inside it’s all good. They have a pretty nice seating area for eating and just hanging out. The staff is really nice and let us keep our bags before we checked in. They had food at the property which was a bit overpriced but if you’re hungry and don’t have many options it’s not terrible. Wasn’t too far from things but you definitely would have to take transportation to get to the city but you get what you pay for.

We didn't like that it was in the middle of casino central - so many, all in one area. And bars. If we'd known, we wouldn't have booked here. The property was tired, room so small (smaller than photos suggested). Would recommend for backpackers or couples seeking accommodation, def not for family use.

Entrance not as well marked as it could be. Spacious, accessible room and bathroom. Not much to do in the hotel but some casinos around it. Breakfast not included is a negative.
