"The staff were very friendly and the room was lovely. My only issue was the heat in the room. Even with the heating off the room was really hot and I found it hard to sleep. There was no way to contact reception as there is no phone in the room and as it was after midnight I wasn’t going to go downstairs especially when I was staying myself. "

"This is the perfect hotel if you are going to be in town for longer than a couple of nights.
