"Walked in to hotel and was taken aback with how beautiful it was. Walked in to our room and it was equally as beautiful. From the chocolates to the slippers and soft music. What we didn’t expect to find were someone’s contact lenses that were dried stuck on the inside of the cover of the glass by the bedside table. Which leads me to believe that they reuse their products. To make up for it, we were given fruit and a bottle of Prosecco by the manager who was very friendly after we complained. ...

"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "
