Walkable location to nearly all you need in the city center, including from train station. "Hotel Cavour was perfect. It is a luxurious hotel in the heart of Florence. They have an amazing breakfast and the rooftop bar is awesome. It is loud at night and the rooms do not have air conditioning. That said, to keep the room cool I kept the window open but I found it hard to sleep due to outside noise."

Unfortunately,we had an accident before arriving at the airport that required my wife to require a wheelchair for our entire stay. The hotel was amazingly accommodating, changed our room more than once to help, and provided assistance above and beyond. The staff were amazing an truly exceptional.
