Hotel in a great location. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. But hotel is older. Rooms need renovation, especially the bathroom. For instance, water temperature of shower would change sporadically without notice. Also could add USB ports next to night stands. Be careful when booking, some rooms have an inner courtyard view, so are very dark.

Beautiful hotel, staff was very nice and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Within walking distance to several restaurants and historic sites. Their roof top bar is also beautiful to gather and enjoy a gorgeous view. Would recommend this place, loved our stay there.

This is a beautiful hotel, not sure if is a 5 star, but can easily be one. The property is beautiful with all the amenities, gym, rooftop bar, restaurant…the rooftop bar is a must see in the evening as you have the duomo glowing right behind you. The location is close to everything & it is a safe area. The staff are top notch & so welcoming, helpful, & professional. Our schedule did allow us to partake in breakfast, but it looked amazing. I would stay here again for sure.

This was a wonderful experience! Alessio in reception was super helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect only 5 minutes away from everything! And the rooftop bar is one of the best places we’ve been to so far. 10/10 recommend.
