"This is a special property. The balcony is literally right above the Piazza della Signoria and looks directly at the David reproduction and the Palazzo Vecchio. The second floor property is above a pizzeria restaurant, and is on the square so there is some noise at night, but I was able to get to sleep even with the windows open. "The name was prominately displayed on the building so we had no problem locating the property. Reception is located on the second floor of a renovated building.This was not a bad thing, just different. There is a small elevator that made moving between floors easier.Staff were very accommodating with directions and assistance with transportation. Check in and out was fast and worry free. The breakfast was basically anything you wanted. We had bacon and eggs, fresh fruit, pastry and cappuccino...
