Prime location, 4 mins walk to the Firenze SMN station, Check in was easy, they do have hot water available for drinking or making tea/coffee, restaurant staff was very considerate, 7 mins walk to the Duomo, Tram stop is nearby, Room was clean and cosy, enjoyed our stay here. It was right next to the Santa Maria novella train station. A mall and walkable to see churches. The David and other sites. And many restaurants also. They were very helpful in showing us a map of the area. Breakfast was excellent also. I would recommend this hotel.
