Finger Lakes Region hotel rooms a the Best Western

"This is second time I have stayed here. I really enjoy the hotel and locatuon is perfect for why we are there. The morning staff with breakfast are so wonderful. This time my only complaint was that when we got back to the hotel, the parking spots had not been cleared of snow like Id been tild they wiuld be. I had to shovel out my own parking spot and the guy working at the hotel came out to smoke and watched me. Then he had the nerve to complain that his boss asked him to shovel out the spots....

"We were there briefly before catching an early morning flight but from what I observed the place was clean and the staff friendly. The ice machine on our floor was out of order but the one downstairs worked. No other complaints from us. "

"The staff were very pleasant And cooperative. Did not receive room service for the fore nights no clean towels after requesting them. on the forth night the desk clerk brought them to us... "

"I enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the waffle maker. Coffee was too strong."
