The folks who manned the front desk were courteous and helpful. The area around hotel was not pretty, but definitely convenient. So Happy there was a Shuttle at 5:15 a.m. that included a kind, smiling driver. For being in a very busy area, my room was really quiet...of course there was the occasional 737 aircraft taking off nearby..but was only a slight bother.

Great, easy check in. We were greeted with water bottles & sandwiches after a long drive! We're leaving our car on site with extended parking for the week while we fly out, so convenient! Right next to the airport with shuttle service. Hotel is clean & quiet with good sized rooms. We will be staying another night upon our return and will definitely be staying again when flying out of ROC.

When arrived to check in after 5.5 hrs drive with 2 children they said that my reservation was cancelled stating that my card was rejected which was not true. Stated that they contact me by phone, not true, that they sent me an email which was not true. I checked my emails and no notification was received however I received it a few minutes after I was there at 10:51pm. I called Expedia where i did the reservation and they also never received cancellation and didn’t see any issues with my card. They told the same thing to another elderly couple whom they also picked up at the airport with the same story. They didn’t have any other room available and the whole Rochester area was completely full. I called along with the help of another hotel we tried to call over 20 hotels within and around the area and everything was booked. We had to sleep in our car for that night. This hotel only had one person serving as the reception, driver, everything. This has been the worst experience.
