We had an issue with the room they put us in, but we arrived late and settled in for the night, by morning Shenelle had us figured out and in the right accommodations, from that point on it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend calling the hotel directly for the reservation of your room, as we used Expedia and it was very misleading. We also had friends that experience the same thing in the past and thankfully the hotel was accommodating in correcting it immediately."
