The only issues were minor 1. original door code didn't work - but got a new one via chat on my phone in minutes 2. ductwork made a loud noise when the heat went on and off - but i got used to it after the first night Staff was WONDERFUL - great concierge staff, online support excellent, service staff excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Philadelphia."

"It was nice having an apartment to move around in, rather than just a hotel room. Good closet space. I didn't use the kitchen except a couple of dishes for food brought in. The bed was comfortable. I didn't like the shower. The showerhead was not good. And the apartment was noisy because the bedroom backed the train tracks which were one block away. There was an empty lot right behind us so there was little to block the noise. "
