"I was a little taken a back when someone came at me when I was coming out of the spa area (not the nice lady in the gift shop of the spa who was very helpful). She thought I snuck onto the property and questioned my integrity of being there. I was well within my stay hours and I had had 2 spa treatments while I was there. Very unfortunate. Other that that experience, my stay was quite nice. The entire experience down to yin yoga with Renee and my wonderful massage was exceptional. "

"Lumeria it’s such an amazing experience. There is such a Zen feeling when you walk in and the grounds are beautiful. The service is friendly and you feel like you are in another world away from the real world. I would highly recommend the area and I wish I had more time to spend there so we could take some of the classes that they offer during the day… this is a place for refuge and a place to get away from it all!!"

"Just a wonderful 3 night stay here. We came in late evening and the apt was totally welcoming with the lights on and Hawaiian music playing. There were an assortment of breakfast bars and snacks. The lanai overlooked a black sand beach. You are steps from the beach. With the sound of waves crashing it was naturally relaxing. The rooms were decorated in Hawaiian motif. It was a perfect place to be in Hana. Highly recommended. "

"The website and the description on expedia says that there is a restaurant and bar in the hotel. That was shuttered over a year ago from what people tell me. It was a big let down, because that restaurant was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel and paid that much to stay there. The proper is in a great location but suffers from a lack of maintenance to keep the amenities that it showcased to be available and working. With some focus and attention, it will be back to a shining star,...
