No restaurant apart from breakfast and the beds were on the hard side, but great value for money and would stay here again. "

"Hotel is linked to both the BTS Asok and MRT sukhumvit stations, as well as Terminal 21. Very convenient. Room given to us was big and generally clean, except that the floor is not carpet. Toilet smells of urine even after housekeeping, otherwise it’s ok. All necessary amenities were provided, including refillable drinks and snacks. Room also comes with microwave and a separate kitchen sink. "

"Beautiful hotel, clean and conveniently located on the river. We were in Bangkok for the day and enjoyed the location (conveniently located to attractions by river and still tranquil enough from the huddle and bussle of Bangkok). They provide free shuttle boat ride every half hr to Taksin (stop on their train/ boat systems), where you may grab tuktuk to ICONSIAM (high end shops/ restaurants mall) or after 4pm grab boat to “Asiatique” (outdoor small shops and special, fun activities, grand Ferris...

"True 5 star hotel where the guest experience is the most important aspect of what they do. Good breakfast buffet and they allowed me to check in 2 hrs early."

"Have stayed here before . We like the location and being able to travel up and down to destinations by Hotel curtesy boat. The staff are amazing and can’t be more helpful . I was not well on arrival and the Management team organised a Doctor and Nurse to come within 30 mins with the medication required . I could not have been more grateful and impressed with the customer care given."
