"The property is a convenient walk to many areas on the main strip and the night market, but in its own quiet corner. I liked the privacy. Two pool complexes that were great for sun worshippers. Ao Nang beach is just ok, but long tail to Railay and Phra Nang is easy, cheap and convenient."

"The hotel offers easy access to Patong Beach and various restaurants and street markets in the area. The property is showing its age and the rooms could use some major renovations. We had to move twice because of loud noise from the street and excessive humidity in the next room. The staff were very attentive to our concerns and made sure that we were comfortable and that the air conditioning worked properly. We even received a letter of apology, free snacks and an offer for a late checkout....

"Good location. just a short walk to beach and plenty eating options nearby. The room is specious and cleaned to a good standard on arrival. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was not bad. Check out process was not smooth though, i believe staff at check out desk should be friendly, polite and communicate clearly with the guest. Overall good place to stay in Phuket."

"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...
