"Unfortunately our room was dusty. I actually wrote in the dust. Which was not that great for sleeping. Our superior river view also looked into other apartments. Not ideal. Had to close the curtains most of the time. $5 delivery fee for ice bucket was not anticipated. Potato gems at breakfast? No thank you! "

"A bucket list visit having seen it featured on I’m a Celeb UK in previous years. The lagoon suite was fabulous, excellent choice in the minibar, and the jet bath was a delight. Definitely well worth the visit! A few areas for improvement however: - The pool area is in dire need of some tlc. The loungers were disgusting and needed a good clean. - The in-room phone did not work when I tried dialling reception - I accepted a complimentary check-out time of 12pm but received a phone call at...
