The accommodation was stunning, especially since we were upgraded to an ocean-view room, but unfortunately, the room itself was quite dated and not well-maintained. It was dusty, and the bathroom had visible black mold. We raised our concerns with reception, but the only response we received was a small room credit, which we appreciated. Overall, while the location and food were great, the condition of the room...
