"Our stay was really nice and the place well kept. But this changed when we were checking out and had to strip our sheets off the bed to take to reception. When doing this we found black mould over the mattress and I’m not talking about a little bit. It’s was truly disgusting and after seeing that, I think Nomads needs to step up and get on top of this as it’s not good enough for how much they charge for a backpackers. "

"This place was a pigsty both inside and outside. There is broken furniture and crap everywhere. The kitchen benchtops were all cut and damaged. It was more a mens hostel than a backpackers. "Stayed in a 2br Superior Ocean view room and OMG the 200 degree views were amazing. The rooms aren’t huge, especially the bathrooms but it’s a place to sleep and we spent most of our time on the balcony. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and the ensuite to the main bathroom has a bath/shower combo which was very high to step into. The pool and gym are good. The location is A .
