"Room 145 had luke warm water ONLY in the kitchen sink and the bathroom basin, disappointing and somewhat inconvenient. The door to the balcony was difficult to open as the lock clip spring was either broken or had lost tension. Comments intended so these issues are addressed and future guests do not face said issues. Nothing major. Thanks"

"Hotel was comfortable in a good-sized room with great view of city, especially for the evening lights. Easy walk into city and South Bank cultural precinct. The bed wasn't the best, seemed to be springy and you tended to roll into middle."

"We were checked into the wrong room with only one queen bed for 4 people. Told to use sofa bed. When we asked for more towels there were none so given crappy old pool towels. Housekeeping service not available on 2 of 3 days we stayed. Eventually moved into the correct room. Pool, restaurant etc all being renovated so reduced facilities during stay."
