"We stayed at Turtle Beach as we needed 3 bedrooms and had a 3 year old with us. The pool/play areas were great and very well maintained. The unit itself was large, clean, and very comfortable. Easy 5 min walk to a supermarket, chemist etc. The onsite restaurant was very nice with enormous meals. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend . We didint mind the fact that the whole space is very dated, tired and in need of a makeover. "

"Oldish, sliding doors didn’t work, no safe , missing bed side lamp , spoon , vanity light didn’t work, broken hanger - very disappointed . However the bed and pillow were very comfortable and clean "

"Arrived at the property around 230 pm. Check in due at 3pm got room keys around 3 30 pm. Staff, environment and vibe of the resort was perfect only few things needs to be fix was room service furniture found old and rusted apart from that all was good. Special thanks for team expedia who helped us throughout our stay and make sure that we have the wonderful trip. Thanks Jhan from support staff who helped us fix our mistake of not putting our child in booking. "

"We stayed almost three weeks in this property and the overall experience was excellent. Short walk to downtown Surfers Paradise, one block from the beach…. Views are great form any side of the building. Outside pool water could be a bit warmer and the apartments could be equipped with a bit more kitchen utensils. All in all great experience and will come back. "
