"On the first day, Wednesday, there was no concierge or staff attending the entrance though they did the next two days. Reception staff were friendly and processed check-in and che k-out quickly and pleasantly. A bottle of wine was in our room upon arrival, a part of our gold reward. Evening staff checked out the noises in the Junior Suite emanating from other rooms (think it was airconditioning it was very noisy making sleep difficult) They suggested we speak with day staff and have maintenance...

"Staff from at Gowings were incredible. There was a stand out though, I think his name was Jackson. Very knowledgeable, great humour and made us feel at home. Our only issues were with the room. Our towels were stained, the fridge had a strong odour and also had an open carton of milk in there. "
