Nice place in the heart of the city. Easy to get around. Breakfast could use a little attention, ie watery scrambled eggs, coffee machines not as good as espresso, etc, but it was eatable.

We had to wait for 2 hours after check in for our room to be ready and staff would have forgotten about us had we not gone up to ask when it was ready. Beds were comfy but whole place was not cleaned well and staff were very unhelpful and definitely do not above and beyond.
