Wonderful hotel with amazing staff! Perfect location near Circular Quay and walking distance to the OPT. The room was perfect with plenty of space, great bedding and clean. Breakfast is pricy but the food is amazing with plenty of choice.

Mattress is not as comfortable prob due to age. Clean and spotless daily after cleaners come around. Front desk hardly answers phone calls for some reason. When I’m in lobby I dun see them that busy.

Staff wonderful-friendly, not stuffy and very accommodating. Lots to do around the area - parks and waterfront amazing and very well maintained. Our view was the best in the area. The transportation system easy to navigate and right out the front door.
