"The hotel is an old run-down hotel. We do not have hot water on our first day. Wall paper is peeling off, carpets are so old and dirty, towels are old, and this place needs a full complete renovation."

"Really nice resort on the water, but old and needs to be renovated. The air-conditioning wasn’t working very well in my room and it wasn’t cool enough. They came to check it but it didn’t do any good. I think the air-conditioning was just being repaired because there were people out in the hall working on it for two days banging and making a lot of noise. This is the second time I’ve stayed here, I would stay again. I think the air conditioning problem was something they will work out."

"3 min walk to the beach in front of the grotto. Our room (303) was big with 2 queen beds. No elevator so take a lower floor if you have trouble with stairs. There was a leak in our bathroom ceiling from the roof when it rained."

A few steps from the beach is the house reef which is perfect for snorkeling. The massage service was great and the location out of this world. "This is small and gorgeous. If you want to hang out and relax this is the place to be. The staff are fabulous. As soon as we pushed our luggage out of the door of our accommodation staff nearby rushed over to take it for us; they are attentive and very helpful. The pool is cooler than normal Philippines pools - we found this to be better because it was easier to cool down and relax in the heat again. No kids running around was a big bonus. "Excellent boutique hotel every room has ocean view. Low key location and area. Nice restaurant and bar and pool all overlooking the ocean. Truly amazing facility! Small hotel left my valuables in my room never locked the door. Snorkeling in front of hotel at reef, has dive shop with dive sites 5-10 minute boat ride. I travel the world extensively this location is special as is the service and attention! You will not be disappointed. "

"Great place to stay. Clean and nice ambiance. Staff are friendly. Love the pool access. Good breakfast buffet. The only downfall, there were some mosquitoes in the room. But overall, still love the place!"
