"Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. "

"The place was beautiful. If you love the scenic views and nature, this is definitely worth the travel time. The hotel has a boat to charter to the nearby Sepok island, which took around 30 minutes. It was a fun ride, coming back was a bit choppy, but was expected. The staff were great and helpful. If you are not a bug person, this place ain’t for you. Tons of termites at night and bugs. "Customer service was lacking with the lady at check out. She ignored my question and was rude. Maintenance was very helpful to fix issues related to my room. Service at the restaurant and bellboy service was nothing to write home about. "

"I have my family with me for this trip. Room 108 was assigned to us, the only bad part for this room a little animal friend was hiding below this cabinet and you can tell in the picture. The Management of the hotel should hire and keep a infestation company to check each room for rodent avoid this situation for future guest. Overall , room bed were comfy and new aircon was installed. The facility needs an upgrade. "

"Check in day we arrived at 6:48pm called the hotel several times even before we arrived, no one picked up the calls. 2 blinking lights at the gate, small gat padlocked, no sign if there’s another gate. Went around the building but there was no other entrance. No sign of people working, no lights at all. Curtains were visible hanging like the building has been abandoned for quite sometime.
