"The first room we got was dated and not stocked with all of the dishes and silverware. The shower did not work and the TV did not have good reception. "The place was beautiful. If you love the scenic views and nature, this is definitely worth the travel time. The hotel has a boat to charter to the nearby Sepok island, which took around 30 minutes. It was a fun ride, coming back was a bit choppy, but was expected. The staff were great and helpful. If you are not a bug person, this place ain’t for you. Tons of termites at night and bugs. "I liked that it was across the street from SM Mall. Upon checkout I had a credit. The credit was given in the form of 21 canned drinks. No means to give a cash credit. The shower are was very small. The free breakfasts had lots of great food. The driveway has security. "

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "
