"The house is very isolated. Not feasible to walk back and forth to Sabang, where the closet market is located. The house had not been cleaned in weeks, which meant the beds were very dusty. Recommend bringing your own linens. There was no drinking water or wifi, and breakfast was not included as advertised. Power goes out often (not Bahay Isla's fault), so good luck sleeping when the weather is hot. "

"On arrival at 5pm room not ready, then no water supply to the room and when it did come we discovered there was no hot water, after approaching the manager we were informed that there is no hot water at all to this room EVER !!! Very poor water supply at all times, had to pour water into the toilet bowl to flush, showering was a nightmare you had to dance around to get wet from what little water came in ?????? No where to hang clothes, no coathangers, no amenities at all Dishes from...

"Booked this property a month ahead of our stay. I was told that no need to reconfirm my booking. On the day of our check in, while me and my family is on our way to the property i was informed that someone is using it. To think that we booked the place for 2 nights to spend our christmas eve there. Such a hassle, such a headache and a total inconvinience!"
