"The two air conditioners in the room were not adequate to cool the area, we called the front desk and they sent a technician to replace one of the units. There were no window shades in the bathroom and needed to be covered with our clothes. The WiFi was weak and couldn’t be used in our room, we had to go to the lobby to use it. Breakfast was not good, precooked eggs, tasteless watermelon was the only fruit, really bad coffee and no tea selection. The second morning had a better breakfast...

"We always stay at this hotel every time we’re in town and the location is accessible to nearby malls, churches, restaurants and casinos. Staff are friendly as well as housekeeping. There’s a breakfast buffet but just noticed that they serve almost same menus every day with 1 or 2 different menus every other day. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay."
