"Overall a decent stay. The balcony overlooking the beautiful sky during sunset was incredible and staff were all incredibly helpful and pleasant. Ayala center is right there with mango square nearby, however just not the cleanest city. I’m not much of a party goer and did majority of my shopping in Manila, so Cebu was not a good fit for me. I should’ve did more research to see more of the historical sites, but all required taking a grab or taxi. Decent stay."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think the breakfast left a lot to be desired. More lunch and dinner type foods than breakfast stuff. The biggest complaint I have is that the WiFi was horrible. It was unsecured and very slow and very unstable. If I knew I had to work during my stay, there would be no way that I could stay here. "

"The two air conditioners in the room were not adequate to cool the area, we called the front desk and they sent a technician to replace one of the units. There were no window shades in the bathroom and needed to be covered with our clothes. The WiFi was weak and couldn’t be used in our room, we had to go to the lobby to use it. Breakfast was not good, precooked eggs, tasteless watermelon was the only fruit, really bad coffee and no tea selection. The second morning had a better breakfast...
