"Service was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. The bartender was friendly and helpful. The only reason we took off one star was the hot tub in the spa area was cold. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak after a long day of traveling. Other than that, everything was top notch. We can’t speak to the complimentary breakfast since we forgot to change our watches to Peru time so we missed out on that! It smelled good, though!"

"What an incredible stay - we wish we had more time here. First, the property is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are stunning. We had a suite with ocean views where we could catch the sunset too. The staff went above and beyond - my husband was having breathing issues after arriving from Cusco and they did everything to support him during that time -- from on call doctors to extending our checkout time until our flight departed to constantly checking in on us. I would truly recommend this hotel...
