"Very good location, with many attractions nearby. Right across from a shopping mall and surrounded by bus and metro stations. Great breakfast with many options. The hotels coffee shop offered very good coffee and sweets. Very nice view from the room. One thing to improve for families with kids would be a kids menu in the restaurant for lunch and dinner and maybe a play room. "

"We stayed for a week at the Pan Pacific, our room was quite large although couples will find there is little room to store your belongings so you may need to keep everything inside luggage. The room service food was wonderful and quick. The only criticism we had was the housekeeping staff were understaffed so often the room would be cleaned around 4-5pm. Our minibar also wasn't stocked 2 seperate days which was somewhat annoying considering it is a 5 star hotel. Overall we were very comfortable and would definately come back!"

The location was ideal—conveniently close to key attractions and amenities while still offering a peaceful retreat. "Hotel manager was very kind to let us check in early. We only intended to deposit our bags with the hotel before checking in and then visit elsewhere first, but was pleasantly surprised to be allowed early check in and enjoyed the room earlier as there was available room. Happy to receive this treatment by a 5-star hotel. Recommended!"
