"Being staying in this property each time I am home visiting family during X’mas & New Year, and it never disappoints. Staff services are great, rooms are clean and closed to amenities. Best thing is I can move the airport luggage cart to drag my luggages from my room to check in counter!"

"The hotel is in a great central location and there are both MRT stations and taxi stands nearby. I appreciated having the mall next door to grab a quick bite or stop by the 7-11 for a SIM card. The thing I appreciated most was that I was able to get access to our room early in the day which was great as we had taken a red-eye and desperately needed a nap. I know that's not guaranteed by any hotel but they somehow made it happen!"

"We ordered a fish&chips on the swimming pool, caught by the rain, tried to take back to room, but the bowl couldn’t take away which was reasonable. We just back to the room with no issues.And hotel rang us and prepared another take away fish&chips and send to our room. Appreciate for the consideration and taking care of us for such a small thing. Strong recommend, kid has kid’s slippers and and own bathrobe. Start loving Ritz Carlton "

"This property was beautiful, the lobby was the main attraction. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels. Andy at the front desk went above and beyond during our stay. The property is perfectly located and accessible to marina bay square on the 5th level which has all sorts of food halls and shopping. With easy indoor access to Suntec city. Our room faced the front of the building which did not provide the best views but it had views of the other tall buildings which were just as beautiful. The addition of the viewing corner behind the balcony provides hours of daydreaming. For better views, there is the pool area which extends the views to marina bay sands and unobstructed views of other surrounding buildings. "

"Excellent location. Right next to a mall with a good food court as well as bus stop and train stop. Breakfast is so so, almost lack lusting. Service is decent. Room is spacious and clean. Had a nice rest there."
