"The hotel was very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and checkout were quick and easy, the rooms were spacious. About 3 minute walk from Kennedy park and lots of food options nearby with shopping for necessities close as well. Walls were a bit thin and could easily hear neighbors and hallways but that only happened a few times during the stay. Breakfast options were plentiful and most were delicious, although I partook too much of the detox vegetable drink and ended up with an upset stomach. "

"We enjoyed a quiet room and the fairly large breakfast buffet. The hours of the buffet were from 4:00 - 10:00. I should mention that it's an older hotel with old style bathrooms. Of course the main reason for staying here is that it's right next to the airport."

If you need transportation you must hire Authoro, he drove us to different historical sites, different little quaint towns, and made our trip something we will never forget. "I want to start by mentioning the service-my favorite thing about Hotel Novotel. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to help. And they do it very quickly and with a smile. The lobby is beautiful and historic. A lively place to hand out and drink mate which is provided nearly 24 hrs per day. The rooms are fairly basic but large. I had a king room. It had a large desk, refrigerator and coffee/tea bar. The bathroom was nice and had great water pressure, lots of hot water and thick towels. The bed was very comfortable for me. I like a firm mattress which it had. I know some reviewers have complained about noise but I found it very quiet. My room was at the back of the hotel. I didn’t have an opportunity to try the spa or the restaurant so I cannot give any information about that. All in all, I highly recommended Hotel Novotel. It’s a great value! "
