"We initially checked into a petite king which was bad! Too small for a 4 night stay. No chairs. No place to put our clothes. We shared our concerns with the staff and moved to a large room for an upgrade that was great. I don’t think the petite king was well described on expedia"

"Staff was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and tried to help. We stayed at another hotel across the street and the customer service was horrendous. It was a breath of fresh air when we arrived at Loews. The bar and restaurant were delicious and relaxing. Great Stay! "
