"I called ahead of time and explain to the lady that I talked to that my sister had scoliosis and would need to be as close to the elevator on whatever floor they put us on when we got there the lady that checked us in put us on the 14th floor Room 1453. I did ask for a shower at the same time I asked for the room with handicap bars, there were no bars other than that we enjoyed ourselves."
