"5-stars from check-in to check-out. Although the blizzard in New Orleans shut down the entire city for 2 days, the staff made sure every guest had everything necessary. A special shout-out to Semaj & Ta Tiana, Ross, Desaree, Moon, Aura, and the wonderfully talented chefs. They all kept their sense of humor and utmost professionalism during a very challenging time.
