The fire alam went off at 3am for 30 minutes with no speaker to let us know what to do. There was no fire but it ruined our night.

Property was clean but the smell of smoke and mold filled the air. When you walk into the building it doesn’t smell clean. We also walked over to Golden Nugget and when you entered the building it smelled clean and fresh. You may want to invest in a humidifier or air freshing system to help control the smoke smell. Service is restaurants was horrible staff rude and lack customer service skill set. I call concierge to ask for toothpaste they took almost two hours. I brought my adult sons for their first experience they were not pleased. Reminder the people who patronize L’Auberge keep you in business

The only issue was when the fire alarm went off in the entire facility at 3 in the morning and we were never told anything if it was okay to go back to our rooms or what. We just heard from other people. Should definitely have a better protocol about that.
