"Tracey was so pleasant at check-in. I’ve never been treated so nicely by a staff member at checkin. She was personable, kind, accommodating, and informative. Hotel was clean and quiet. Continental breakfast was a good spread. 24/7 coffee available. All staff I came across greeted me and smiled! Was here for the weekend to visit my son at NU. "

"Checkin in was easy. The room is large, well equipped, clean. Nicely furnished with a large couch, desk and kitchenette. Its layout is odd separating the sink and counter/mirror from the toilet and shower. Overall very nice especially if staying for a few days. "
