"My husband and I took the Amtrak train to Chicago to visit the Art Institute. On arrival we were greeted by a kind young gentleman who let us check our bags before our check in time so that we could go have breakfast in the attached pub. The Elephant and Castle pub is attached to the hotel and serves food and drink on Sunday from 7 am to 2 am. Our room was lovely. It was fresh, clean and very comfortable. The staff is kind and professional. The location is perfect as it is a centrally located. Union Station and the L train are a short walk away. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"Needed a place to stay when my flight was canceled. The Hyatt was easy to get to with their free shuttle. Check in was quick and the bar was open for a nice meal. Comfortable bed and very clean - was everything I needed it to be."

"Arrived early and room wasn't ready but was given a room number and told that if we were assigned a new room that that number would be texted to me. Never received text about room change, when my party returned to hotel late Friday we were unable to find the room and when I inquired at front desk I found out I was given wrong room number. Hotel WiFi didn't function very well and I could never tell if I needed a login or was connected. It wasn't very clear on how parking functioned would recommend parking details be emailed with reservation info. Overall, had a great experience; staff was excellent and I would return on a future date."
