The location was unbeatable—just two blocks from the blue line train to and from the airport, Millennium Park, and other top tourist spots. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond by holding our bags after checkout for just $5 per bag, which made exploring the city so much easier. A special thanks to Kara for the stellar recommendations! We loved indulging in authentic Chicago-style popcorn and hotdogs—don’t miss trying them while you’re here! Overall, a fantastic stay. I recognize the same bellmen/concierge and the same wait staff in Hoyt’s which tells me the hotel treats their people well. The Rooms are so comfortable.
