"I was pleasantly surprised and all the amenities and reasonable condition of the hotel. For the price I don't think you can find a place in Chicago that has a free shuttle to the airport, a pool, small exercise room and a free breakfast. I'll definitely stay there again."

"The customer service is excellent. The location is very close to all areas of interest, you can walk there. Our room was huge, practically an apartment. With a beautiful view! We visited the hotel restaurant, the food was very good and the service too. We loved The Royal Sonesta Downtown, we will definitely be back!"
