"Convenient if attending event at the convention center. You can walk across the bridge so there is no need to worry about weather. Beds are comfortable and clean, nice walk in shower. Rooms have a fridge but could use a microwave. Overall 4.5/5"

"The hotel is very cute and affordable. It has a nice seafood restaurant attached that also serves breakfast. The location is perfect, right off of Michigan Ave and I loved that all the shopping and restaurants were so close. Starbucks was a block away! My only issue is that the windows are not sound proof. I could hear sirens, cars peeling out, and people shouting at all times of the night. I’ve stayed at hotels in busier areas, but you couldn’t hear street noise. Other than that, I probably...

"There was only one elevator working on a very busy Saturday night. It took 5-7 tries to get on an elevator to go up or down because each time the elevator car was extremely full. We took the stairs a couple times and we were on the 10th floor - not ideal. Also the nearly see through door to the bathroom was strange. It’s fine for a couple seeing into the shower but less fine when someone is using the toilet. The bed was comfortable, modernly decorated, and the room was clean. We had a nice...
