"The front desk man clearly didn’t want us to stay there. Upon checking in he stated the room could only accommodate 2 adults and a child under 12. Ours was too old (teenager). When I asked if he was recommending an upgrade he said their hotel did not offer rooms for three people. I said no where on your website does it say that and I entered the child’s age on hotels.com. He did not want us but I explained we had just had an 11hr flight and come straight here. It was 5pm and raining. He checked us in but was rude to us whenever he saw us. We are a mixed race family and I don’t know if that was the issue but never in all our travels has it been an issue with three of us (2 parents and a teenager) in one room. Everyone else there was fantastic "

"Loved the concept, great conversations in living area, great breakfasts, and snacks, manager was fabulous (parked) may have gotten that wrong. Room was a blast, loved the controls, mood noise, auto curtains, tv selection, bathroom multi color nite light, the whole BR glowed, what fun!"

"Hello, 12/26 to 12/29th 2024 First, SHOT OUT TO ASH- for his great customers service was always ready with a smile to assist and accommodated me and answered any questions I had during my stay. PROS 1. Breakfast was good. 2. They Have Starbuck's in the Lobby. 3. A few steps to Tower bridge. 4. I had the Tower Bridge view from my window. 5 They had a strip of different food venders and Wine--don't kn if it's all year round but on my stay in Dec 2024 CONS 1. No fridge IN the room 2. No laundry room 3. Rooms are very TINY 4.MAKE SURE you BRING European outlet. Because there aren't many outlets. *WILL DEFINILY STAY AT THE TOWER HOTEL AGAIN*"

"Stayed in a single room which is perfect for business travellers. Great location, tons to do in the evenings. A nice Green initiative if you are staying a couple of nights is that you receive a £7 food/drinks voucher if you opt out of a mid stay room clean. "
