"At our arrival we were given room for handicapped access, neither me or my husband are handicapped. Frontdesk person didn't mention details about the room. The very next morning we were able to switch rooms and moved into a regular one. This room was alright but it had a concealed leak in a shower with water coming out into the hall next to it. The puddle on a carpet was growing. We alerted the stuff ."

"It's was great. Stayed in a suite on floor 1, so outside noise was a bit of an issue, but you don't book a hotel on the Square if you're not willing to put up with that. Only improvement - there's absolutely no room instructions - wifi access, breakfast time, air-con - tried the TV (the wifi seems weirdly to work via the TV) but nothing. But overall, the room was wonderful, staff amazing, breakfast excellent, location superb."
