"Very beautiful setting, staff very friendly and helpful 5stars for them, the room was very nice with a very lovely large bed. Easy walking access to st ives but getting a cab back is a good idea. I would avoid room 84 as the veiw is overlooking the glass roof of the pool and you can hear everything happening in bar downstairs, but that is a minor inconvenience, I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone."

"All members of staff were so smiley and helpful. The chef was very supportive with allergies and worked out a menu suitable for dairy/soya free which was very kind and hopefully next time we can try it out as this time we are out. Greeted by really lovely and friendly staff, we arrived at 12.30 and popped in to find out if we needed to register our car, we were told our room was actually ready and able to check in early which was a bonus. They explained how everything worked and we booked a slot in the pool for later in the afternoon. Upon entering the room we were very impressed with the size of it and the volume of storage.
